~Reduce, Reuse, Recycle~ is a slogan made by the oil industry to shift responsibility of the waste problem of one-use plastic to us because they don't know what to do with all the extra leakage that is coming from the ground and they are not willing to take the blame of it.

Recycling doesn't work as effectively as it should with only 9% being recycled. Also you can't really recycle plastic till infinity as it loses integrity and it is harder to recycle again. While it is technically possible, the practical side is too expensive and "not worth it" for most countries. Most of the time it is being burned in landfils.

What works is just not using it, at least not in the way where you would just throw it out after using the profuct.
Avoid buying plastic!
Boycott plastic packaging! Save the ecosystems, save yourselves!
