idk if ur a punk or not so like idk lemme explain sum punk shit to ya. punk is primarily a movement, in terms of politics and social stuff, that is often reflected in the music genre. punk isn't entirely about the music. and then the people in r/baddlejackets slam jackets that have no bands even if they have many good messages, they slam any jacket that doesn't fit the typical battle jacket mold, and they discourage pretty much everyone who is only starting out to diy their own clothes from doing shite. it's a toxic cesspool that claims to be punk while it thrives offa bullying imo.
