Day 1 of war updates around the world, may be #nsfw:
1. Iran War:
A Kuwaiti F/A-18 E/F shot down 3 US Air Force F-15E Strike Eagles in a friendly fire incident due to IFF faults, all the pilots reportedly survived. Notably, this is the first time ever an F-15 has been lost in Air-to-air combat in the 50+ year history of the plane.
Saudi Arabian troops stormed the Kingdom of Bahrain for unknown reasons, could be related to shia uprisings against the king as had happened in 2011 where the Saudi's also stormed the country to support the king.
2. Afghanistan-Pakistan War:
The war continues on though both sides appear to be losing steam and motivation.
The Afghan taliban reportedly decapitated an injured pakistani soldier and desecrated his corpse. (To be noted: The Pakistani Army has done this to both Indian soldiers and TTP militants in the past so this appears to be retaliatory in nature)

The Ukrainian military said it had retaken nine settlements in the Oleksandrivka sector
