Every minestrone I've ever had made by someone else is like thin tomato water. Maybe I should take a crack at a thicker one.
I am honestly a huge soup fan of many kinds and I'm sure I will eventually post em all.
But I do love a good mushroom soup from scratch, that's probably my ultimate fav.
Hard to beat a solid beef stew, though.
