genuine question. why dont accessable toilets have hooks to hang personal effects. are we not entitled to hanging our things up? just gotta put my coat on the dirty bathroom floor or have it in my lap whilst i relieve myself. absolutely insane imo. how hard is it to give us a fucking hook
