i have no suggestions, but I love rts genre. i was recently experimenting with spriter, and it seems like it would be easy to implement animations with it, but i think in code and completely lack any artistic talent.

I sprite a little bit. I do free work for this game called Space Station 13/14. But I guess the first thing any game needs is an actual concept.
