I'd love to have you!! Btw, a really good intro to conlangs is Toki Pona. It only has 120 words so it's really easy to learn, and has an amazingg community online :3

good luck !! also it's not like... directly related to conlanging so idk it's a conlang itself but it like breaks down the grammar which is cool! like it's not really related to making a conlang ourselves but idk how to really start that yet (esp w 2 people)
