it is just when a lot of bad stuff happens to you all at once and then for a while nothing happens it still feels like some crazy bad stuff is coming even though everything seems okah. Spooky stuff but i will get over it eventually

I get that completely. I have CPTSD and things like that have happened to me a lot over the years. It feels like you never get a break, right? Like even when things should feel fine, you’re just waiting for the next bad thing to happen. I’m here if you wanna vent, though I’d recommend getting professional help if you can.
