Back when i could still play cyberpunk 2077 i head cannoned my V as being in a major car crash caused by Song Bird back during their time out of town and this lead to V's heart and this one car that you get for preordering the phantom of liberty dlc the Quadra Sport R-7 "Vigilante"s motor essentially trading fuel sources, and because Song Bird uses the blackwall she unknowingly released an AI that fuses with the cars on board systems which is why it can summon to V at the press of a real world button so basically the car is alive and demands blood and is kinda soul bonded to V and now V drinks diesel or petrol (which ever one sounds funnier to me to say outloud in the moment) to keep themselve alive
