Talked to my partner about feeling jealous about someone else I have a crush on having a partner and feeling ashamed and embarrassed about it.
My nervous system expected to get laughed at and/or yelled at for having a crush on someone else. But they didn't, they were really kind and understanding. I knew they would be logically but my body didn't.
So I feel a bit less insane.
