my issue with generally all your points is that to make them work on a large scale while maintaining people's quality of life, industrialization is required, and it is infeasible to attempt to recreate industrialization as a small community from scratch, so seizing the means of production is inevitable, and i can't think of a way to do that without some form of provisional government. how does your plan address this? i agree that those weren't truly communist, but the cause that the people in the revolution rallied behind was truly communist, and it simply turned not truly communist because of this exact issue that i'm describing
