If you're that worried about it you're fine, I've been there and trust me when I say the endless guilt cycle is never worth it. And I mean, everyone is the way they are because of their childhood anyway, the good and the bad, regardless of trauma. Everyone has their vices.

It could help to reframe the guilt as: "I'm self-aware enough to identify these bad habits and where they are coming from; this is good, because realizing I have a problem is the first step to improvement." I promise you, the fact that you are, 1, self-aware about it, and 2, *wanting to change*, means you're already like 50 steps ahead of most people. Don't demonize your own healing process. Best wishes
