All I wanna do is play drums. At work? No, in my head I'm playing shows and I'm annoying everyone by tapping out six stroke rolls and not shutting the fuck up. It sounds chliche but someone said "oh it's good to have a hobby" and I replied, " it's not a hobby to me, I want to make it my life " It's the only thing I really enjoy and I feel like having to be an adult, and the logistics around playing and storing drums have just nerfed my skills.
