yes but holy shit have a tissue ready. have you ever had a nosebleed that ate thru like half a box of tissues? that, but snot. fuckin nasty and does need repeating a few times to clear it all out, but it does it.
if you don't have a proper face steamer, filling a big bowl with boiling water and covering your head with a towel or blanket to hold it in works too, just takes more time refilling it, is a bit less dramatic in the unclogging, and you look like you're eating ortolan bunting.
