customer could not, for the life of him, understand the trimmers of the brand he wanted were corded. they have a cord. that you plug into a wall. like every other fucking appliance in your house ever. he had to be at least 70.

Working in customer service is dumb. Like, why are you so mad at me when you are the one who doesn't know how your TV works? (I do not support TVs in my job.)
