If you look up “what is racism against Jews called”, every result says antisemitism. Just as racism is an umbrella term for prejudice and discrimination against minority racial groups, antisemitism is an umbrella term that describes prejudice and discrimination against Semitic people. Just because a branch of it isn’t affecting every group in that community doesn’t make it not applicable.
