absolutely !! It’s been a while since I’ve gone on an intentional one, but I always loved being outside at night ヽ(；▽；)ノ when it’s quiet outside, it’s much easier to feel ♡

thankfully I don’t have social anxiety anymore, but I do have some cognitive differences that make me sensitive to daytime noise (*´ω`*)

it can be hard to focus when there’s so much sound pollution / brightness / people, so there’s definitely still some overlap with social anxiety there !!
