this is very white-suburban-neighborhood of me but like where the hell do people buy carts/yarts (idk what the fuck they're called) from? and i always see people throwing out their weed dealers' cool ass packaging. but like who/where do you buy it from ???? mind you, I grew up and still live in a very clean, but disconnected town. there's barely any illegal activity, or really ANY activity, anywhere (unless im just obviously missing it). there are dispensaries here (i guess for medicinal use?) but PA law only allows gummies for recreational use, I think.
