not really? i haven’t seen anyone use it to describe people, it specifically refers to the genre of artificial works which are very much just sex fantasies and not people. i have never seen dickgirl attributed to a drawing just as i have never seen futanari attributed to an actual person. not all of us are still stable enough in the head to only goon to actual people
