Not a bad idea! Do keep in mind that you might risk that someone uses 5 alts to instantly ban any user they dislike off the platform. The idea is good, but I'd put some more requirements to it, such as making users be active for a certain amount of time and/or have a certain amount of messages before their report is actually counted? To prevent bot attacks and such. Thanks for considering :D
