just to be clear - it's a curious kind of staring. as if they can't comprehend why a tall ape would give them peanuts without getting anything in return. maybe they think i'm stupid.

i love crows. i actually befriended a mated pair of local crows. they hang out close to my house and i always greet them when i stumble upon them on the street.
i also feed them peanuts on a regular basis. they now know when my balcony is and come around at least once a day to stare at me and grab a quick snack.
