The main feed will likely always be very varied in topics.

I wouldn't mind some throttling on to prevent a few people from spamming out posts. That would fit with the theme of this site. Which, for me is mainly about restrictions in terms of features. (No images, no links)

Another way to deal with the onslaught of posts would be to group the posts for a use in the main feed. If @user 🌟 makes five posts, only show, one with a link "<@user 🌟> has 4 other posts today, clock here"
And you could only show the most liked or commented post of them.
