Did y’all know that most chewing gum, at least in the USA and Canada, uses petroleum-based gum base? It’s seriously just chewing plastic.

i recommend mastic, its basically just plant resin. lasts way longer, stays hard for longer. it can even be a solid training for your jaw muscles. no clue about flavours though some people really didnt like the taste of mastic when i let them try

I got some chicle gum base from Mexico, which is basically just refined and cooked tree sap AFAIK. If it doesn’t go well, though, then mastic is going to be my next choice.
