I switched my benzo use for Quetiapine (Seroquel), and I would recommend it.
It's an atypical antidepressant that makes you sleepy. It's less unhealthy than benzo's and may lower your anxiety levels, while still making sleep easy-plannable. It's also a lot easier to get prescribed by a doctor without being possibly misjudged for addiction.

Ask your doctor first, of course,... Ask for the smallest dose (packages come in 100 pieces) of 25mg. Take only 1 the first time and increase as needed after knowing what the 1 did.

But, and I can't stress this part enough, please check with your doctor first. 😉
