Vague work tea

A coworker of mine had a trainee who is older than her. The trainee keept trying to invite her on dates and to eat lunch together, but got aggressive when she refused multiple times. He makes her uncomfortable, and does not like how he is condescending when learning new tasks.

Recently he parked near her and she felt the need to hide. She didn't want to be asked out again.

IMO: Girl... Tell management. Like it does not have to be like this.

But to be fair, our HR has a track record of simply moving the problem people to a different department or site, and punishing reporters.

I sincerely hope she can find the courage to tell him to fuck off and report him.
