Sounds like you might just be burnt out with that particular story. It happens, life happens. Unless you’re getting paid for your work, you’re not beholden to any schedule but your own, and you should remind yourself that it’s something you’re doing for fun. You can let it rest and come back to it later when you have some inspiration… or not! It’s your work after all, not theirs. You should feel free to explore some new topics/stories that interest you!
