Iron Harvest and MENACE are two I can think of off the top of my head. Both are turn based. MENACE is honestly the closest thing to xcom without being xcom. You get sci-fi battles and ship module management, alongside unit specialization and perma death

I've seen stuff about Menace, I'm waiting until it's out of early-access. I'll check out Iron Harvest tho
