You'll like it if you do.
Its about a pianist learning to love the piano again with some very realistic and impressive piano-playing animation. Not to mention, the show gave me a new appreciation for European classical music, especially pieces made for the piano and violin and I wasn't even that into classical music before the show.
It basically took me, someone who wasn't very educated about music, and broke me down, made me sob, and said you're gonna love the piano now and I loved every second of it! I also really want to teach myself how to play the piano now, so if you're into sad stuff, that show is right up your alley!
If you're not already into anime, i think you'll be caught a lil off-guard by some anime-tropey things but I think the story is still solid beneath all that and even if you're put off by the anime tropey stuff, the story, the art and the music will keep you hooked anyway.
