ever since i started drawing commissions i realized i hate drawing for free (?) and releasing it into social networks . like yes draw for your own enjoyment yada yada , but ever since i began getting money for my work it started feeling a lot better .
i dont know whats up with people and not giving any feedback at all . even the system that you need to draw fandom stuff to get more views and interactions almost doesnt work anymore . and its just extremely discouraging when youre an artist . you wanna hear feedback , you wanna know that people actually enjoy your artwork , and then you barely get any views or reactions at all . it makes me wanna quit art and only draw for people since at least you get paid for that .
i write this as 3 commissions are awaiting for me which i subtly ignore .
