Right? I've been really getting into albums recently. And I have so much more to listen to, I'm quite excited!!

As of late, I've heard Bjork's Vespertine which was absolutely gorgeous, Aurora's What Happened to the Heart is stunning. Anything by twenty one pilots is automatic 10, except scaled and icy which I haven't heard yet.

OOH but, there is a song that I'm curious about your thoughts on. Its Mirele - Если бы Любовь. Do you listen to songs in other languages btw? Like even if you don't know the language?

As for the text volume, its not as much as Death Note, its still more than I would like though. I also feel like my panels don't flow as well between one another but I suppose I'll get better at it with practice.

I like the variety in your music taste; I've heard of all 3 of these people/groups, but haven't actually listened properly to them, so I'm glad to be getting some suggestions ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

I will listen to anything from anywhere, and am completely serious when I say this. I'm listening to the Mirele song as I type, and I like the spacey vibe; it's a good dichotomy with the natural melancholic tone of the language !! Like having a really fun time celebrating your birthday, even if no one showed up to the party.

Do you have Spotify by any chance? And if so, do you have any interest in doing a blend?

Have you tried doing smaller comic-style strips before? Doing ultra-condensed formats of your story ideas as a writing/drawing exercise may help your brain!

also, i should totally try to consolidate or make little parts of it at a time because I definitely struggle with motivation a lot of the times and procrastinate on them big time. Its weird how even on my hobbies I procrastinate...at this rate, the only hobby I actively take part in is "watching youtube videos" and that's not even a hobby -_-

I'm happy you do! I like listening to a whole range of music irrespective of the language, and whether or not i understand what the song is about.

And right? The Mirele song has such a cool vibe to it! spacey is just the perfect word for it. I think a friend of mine introduced me to her music quite a few years ago. The friendship fizzled out but my taste in music was forever changed.

Its so cool the small little ways other people can impact you. Often, even if they don't remain in your life, their impact lives on.

I got a whole playlist of russian songs but I'm not gonna bombard you.

I do have a spotify, and I'm curious to see what your playlists are like, but be warned I don't really use spotify much because I don't wanna pay for a streaming service and the ads are abhorrent, so I just use Youtube playlists and Brave (browser with built in adblocker) to listen to music for now. But my playlists on spotify still exist and are still quite up to date, my account on there is Junie Byo.

Most people in your proximity are also awake in the daytime, plus all the birds and the car noises and the buzzing of the bees, work, errands, etc; I like to think there's too much electromagnetic pingponging to feel controlled sadness (which is necessary to feel to be healthy and well rounded)

Right? The feeling and the vibe of the song is what I operate on.
The friend thing is quite bittersweet, its like their ghost still lingers and depending on how the relationship ended, it may even haunt you. Luckily, my friendship just fizzled out so its more like a ghost that's just chilling and vibing.

Yesss, same here! I agree with the friends note; I'm glad that friendship ended in a way that still lets you absorb the vibes without the "FeelsBadMan" in the background haha (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) I got a couple dynamics that ended on a sub-optimal note; I like reminiscing though, so it's still fun to look back at!

And that's a great question; I'm fairly certain it just takes all the stuff you listen to and goes based off that. It also changes frequently, so if you get hyper fixated on a song of the week, it'll likely end up in there one week!

Phantogram has SO MANY BANGERS; I highly recommend them!!!I love your Radiohead inserts in there; quite possibly one of the best bands for solo-atmosphere songs ever
