i know theres no ethical consumption under capitalism but i think if you can make choices you should. switch one thing out for another as often as you can find alternatives. maybe your town doesnt have a non mega-corp grocery store, thats fine you still need to live, but maybe they do have a farmers market so you can spend less at the mega-corp like walmart. and online there are always choices, even if you dont know it. use firefox, while not perfect, is abit better then chrome (google ew) and brave (ceo is homophobic and uses ai). and there are more and more options all the time as smart people get fed up with mega-corps and start their own projects to avoid it. support those projects as much as you can when you find them so they dont all die out and then we are left with little to no choices.
