We should not and can not have faith in most things we are called to give it to. It is not for us to have faith in ideas or religions, nor countries or its leaders. It is not for celebrities or musicians, nor books or fields of research.
Faith is for people we know. We do not know our favourite musicians. We do not know our countries. We do not know our leaders.
What we know is our parents, our siblings, our schools, teachers and partners. We also know our friends and support groups. We know our churches, synagogues and our mosques. We know our institutions and our neighbourhoods. We know our people.
In knowing these things, I beg of you to ask if you can place faith in any one of those things, given what you know of them.
No one should help you with this!
