Accepting, as it seems is true, that virtual photons are what drive consciousness and thus that there is a low level hum of it everywhere, implies that it would have felt like something to be the Big Bang, the start of the universe.

Consciousness has a relationship with entropy, which suggests that, unlike the low level hum, the Big Bang would have felt more than you and I. In fact, this low level hum is its afterglow.
