Maybe, but that ryzen should be more than enough for those sticks, sometimes tech works in devious ways xD. On my main pc (i5 - 9600k and AMD 590x if I recall correctly) the graphics card sometimes says goodbye world and suddenly my monitor gets no signal.
Pd: There are pages where you could look for bottlenecks in your setup, maybe you could give it a try. Oh, or you could do a memtest from bios, I do that one from time to time to check up. (I'm sure you knew all of those, but it's worth a try)
