My body and soul are so tiered that I have my worst depression symptoms back. I am plagued with nightmares or my space being invaded by the people of my past that hated me. I'm taking 1 class this semester what the fuck

Thank you, I have the chronic kind so this is just another Tuesday but my therapist asked that I put what I experience in context. I was also very sober when I posted it. So the suffering is compounded
