Just got my phone from service (battery change) and service person said, that during my last service (matrix change), someone swapped battery for the non-original one.

Genuinely shocked, and left a vad review for the previous service.

I doubt they stole it (it wasn't fresh), probably broke accidentally and swapped out for cheap alternative that i had to do another service for now. Without mentioning anything, without discount etc. it's crazy.

Guys, if someone ever finds himself in Novisibirsk, don't go to "Hello service"
