I have issues with the terms liberal and conservative, they’re rather imprecise, I’d rather use faithful and vigilant, but their mappings are confusing.
For instance, Marxists, I think, tend to be more vigilant. Socialists are more faithful. Nationalists are often very faithful, while fascists are vigilant.
Which side you fall on does not make you good or bad either. Parents and feminists tend to be more vigilant, while children and naive citizens of oppressive regimes are more faithful.
