Hey, no worries :) I'm all for sharing experiences, especially when BPD is a very.. Interesting? Disorder in terms of how people without it view it.
Mostly, it affects my relationships and sense of self.. It makes me the most insecure person alive, I tend to jump to conclusions and see things in a very black and white way. So all good and all bad. It makes me question constantly others' supposed love for me, and one small, miniscule trigger can lead me down a suicidal spiral; say, for example, if my partner responded to me with a completely neutral tone, my brain would interpret it as "they're bored of me, he hates me, she wants me to kill myself", and so on. Just horrible paranoia and absurd conclusions are reached from barely any evidence. Other symptoms I personally experience are impulsivity, self harm, unstable, often passionate relationships that crumble rather than end easily, and so on.. It really is a horrible thing to live with. Apparently we have one of the highest sui rates? β€οΈβπ©Ήβ€οΈβπ©Ή
