โโ on Aisha (6/9)
https://sunnah.com/bukhari:2297
This Hadith gives us a clue. It is narrated by Aisha. She is saying, when she reached the age of conscience (often translated as the age you begin remembering things), she saw her parents already living as Muslims. The text places that age before the migration to Ethiopia, which happens at around 8BH.
The definition of the age of conscience can vary. Some say it is when kids turn about 6-7 others say around 11-12, but even if we assume a low age of 6 or 7, by the time we get to 2 or 3 AH, which is 10-11 years later, we get a minimum age of between 16-18.
