I thought I’d post all of this slowly, but since you’ve asked directly, I’ll post my response in a series of comments to this repost.
To summarise though.
There’s more evidence for the existence of Muhammad than probably any other figure in ancient history. The evidence we have is not like the Bible, where we don’t have even the names of the people narrating each gospel. No, for Muhammad, we have the names of each person and even the chain of narration, telling us each name that passed the story on until it gets to the person the writes it down.
Also, the timeline of Aisha’s marriage will also be in comments. Suffice to say, the age range we get for her marriage is between 14-24. Disturbing at the low end, but smashing the 6 or 9 myth and when precise numbers are involved, mostly by using the recorded age of her sister, the age we get for her at time of consummation of marriage is 20.

This is irrelevant, because the Muhammad who Muslims revere is not the Muhammad who actually lived. He's a mythologized figure. And regardless, can you show me one of these efforts to build a timeline?

It is often said one of Muhammad’s wives was 9 years old, but this is almost certainly not true.

I’m not a Muslim, because I see what I consider to be clear errors in the Qur’an both of a scientific and moral nature.
That said, the prophet Muhammad was probably an extremely good person, better than most people today.
He was also a brutal warlord and a misogynist.

I will, of course, elaborate on all of this, but for now, I want to explain what I mean by good.
It is easy to be good and help others in a world where a lot has already been provided for you and your community expects it of you. It is harder when you are surrounded by people that want you to do harm and yet you choose the good.

It is in this sense that Muhammed was good. He clearly biased his actions towards the good in a way, I suspect most of us would not have.
I respect him in a similar way I do Marcus Arelius and Abraham Lincoln. Although he is the greater of these three. All flawed humans, products of their time, but all trying to tip the scales in favour of the good.

Realism, the opposite of Idealism, is the road to hell itself. The correct way is through the middle path of these two.
I distinguish the middle path from centrism, because centrism is a cynical attempt to find a middle point that opposing sides will find pleasing.
No, the middle path is not found solely in the the opinions of others. It is found by considering results, by avoiding the worst outcome and maintaining faith, but mostly by seeing that when there is enough doubt, you can always lean towards the good.
