"Me? I'm sort of a bounty hunter."

"What sort of bounty hunter gets put inside the royal dungeon? What kind of people do you hunt?"

"Well, a lot of my clients are rich powerful people who want other richer, more powerful people gone."

"Bounty hunters don't have clients, they look for bounties to take. You're a mercenary."

"Eh, I don't like that word. Bounty hunter is way cooler. But I guess you're right."

As you walked through the halls, another more obvious question comes to mind.

"And how is it you know the way out?"

"Well, sometimes, the powerful people you plan to kill find out, and you're sent to the gallows. But sometimes, the powerful people who hired you to kill actually take you out. It's a whole lot of politics. At the end, I leave unharmed because I'm useful."

You nod apprehensively.

Suddenly, more footsteps. You're facing a narrow four-way crossing. And they're coming from the left. Maybe they're going some other way?
