Information is always inaccurate because the symbols or words we use to label things are usually only accurate enough to let people know what you mean, but by necessity they exclude most details.

Take for instance, a name. Even after we all know which person is being spoken of, we invariably all have a different idea of who that person is.

Even the closest person to you, which is you yourself, doesn’t fully know who you are.

The name too is woefully incapable of capturing any of your many details.
