It's never too late to reach out.

The way I see it, the brain is made up of modules, which are basically characters or archetypes. There's one character, I call it the traitor, that tells us it's too late to apologise or reach out or say things.

We're all telling ourselves this all the time and no one is reaching out because the world has been structured to make the traitor's word incredibly loud.

The only way to defeat it is by having faith. Faith is irrational. It is the cessation of thought.
