For Americans, get a friend who's really into medicine/drugs/disease and ask them instead of just web MD-ing it. If you don't, search through reddit before web MD.
Tangent also for Americans, canned fruits and veggies are better than no fruits or veggies. (Try getting frozen if you can't get fresh or if your lettuce turns evil.)
