No you're perfectly fine! I understand you're passionate about his writings and I can understand the frustration when someone just hand waives his writings away or discredits him by saying its all racist, because its not. He has a lot of really cool stories and the world he weaves through his stories is truly awe-inspiring. The Lovecraft pantheon is honestly so cool, and I'm not even that knowledgeable on it. I've only begun venturing into his world.
