Alberta has maintained a "rat-free" status since 1950.
I propose that it's about time we expand that zone.
Westward into British Columbia (reaching the ocean would reduce the border size for the RFZ (rat-free zone),
or southward into Montana (more similar terrain and climate to Alberta, fewer strategy changes)
both feel like good options.
