I walked the acre today. There's so much work to do to turn this into a native garden and conservatory. We have a designated stick/burn pile now, though there's a half a dead tree at the back corner of the property.

On both sides of our fence line, we have med-sized pokeweeds and dotted all aroud is bitter dock.

I'm going to try to take this quadrant by quadrant like the farmer suggested. I'm so glad I'll have time to plan this out through the fall and winter.
