do they still tear or get soggy? the bills here are made of polymer and will survive pretty much anything (they're also cool and holographic)

they *can* be torn, but it's not like printer paper or something, it's more durable. I also think it's fine if it gets wet, but I don't think they're as water resistant as in other countries
