So I am someone who's incredibly shy and under normal circumstances I barely post on socials. Everything I post here I would not post on my twitter but I feel safe doing it here because it feels like I am allowed to. This does not feel like a website where you post for likes or fame but rather the connect with people. Obliviously there will be post that you don't like because you literally see ever single thing that is posted. There's no algorithm to curate perfectly. You yourself kind of have to weed out the things you really don't want like that one person who literally muted everyone and honestly more power to them. I get your feelings and frustration because again it's ok to not like things but in this place it's kind of open to you to regulate your interests. People will not and shouldn't change to fit your nishe.
I don't want to be categorized along with the weird closeted perverted people on this platform. Nor the people who say random "relatable" statements. Just using this makes me feel like i'm in some sort of degenerate community because of these 25% Twitter freaks. Like this guy who keeps saying he likes his homies "rape" him it's really annoying.
