i fucking love when bands have a lot of lore. Sometimes its a fictional story that the songs tell like with gorillaz or twenty one pilots and other times its just that the band dynamics are so messy that it becomes lore like Fleetwood Mac.

I adore that. I adore stories in general and the different ways we can tell stories...through movies, through music, through writing, through args, through multi-media projects, through...AHHHH STORIES ARE SO FUCKING COOOOOLLLL

yes it's metal and the whole band has extensive lore with masked members and stuff
you can listen to 'from the pinnacle to the pit' to hear their general sound

maybe you'll feel a lil better after you give an exam though? Perhaps then your brain will see that its not as scary as your brain made it out to be?

You could either start with Good Apollo or Silent Earth, the former having all the ear candy bangers but the latter being more technical and interesting in terms of arrangement. They're a pretty campy prog metal/emo band that sings about kingdoms and space ships so be warned lol

i like it too . but digging through the lore can be a bit dangerous , for some reason musicians love to be pedos or rapists or wife beaters .

well...yeah, that's the unfortunate downside of looking into things. Sometimes you'll find something vile beneath it all.

Luckily, that doesn't seem to be the case with any of the bands mentioned here...

but yeah, not all musicians are clean of the filth.
